New Block feature added.

When you visit another member’s profile, there is now a button to block and un-block that member..

When you block a member it prevents them from communicating with you in the following ways:

1. Shot messages dissabled
   
2. Journal comments dissabled
   
3. All journal comments hidden
   
4. photo flirt comments dissabled
   
5. PM messages dissabled
   
6. Hot shot responses dissabled
   
7. Profile question responses dissabled
   
8. Sacred Flirt Scroll hidden and posting dissabled
   

IMPORTANT: Please use this feature sparingly. The main point here is for people to communicate, so if there is too much blocking, the purpose is defeated. If people start getting block crazy, I will make blocks cost mucho shot points.

oh, and also the block feature prevents voting on profile questions so blockee can't revenge vote.
